X-rays in pregnancy
Current research, supported by the Department of Health, shows that dental x-rays are safe to be taken on pregnant women. However, it is our practice policy to avoid taking x-rays if you are pregnant and we wait until after the baby is born.

Lead Aprons
In line with current research and guidance from the Department of Health, we no longer provide a lead apron when taking dental x-rays.
