Disclosing Tablets

Disclosing tablets will colour the plaque on your teeth. You can then remove this with your toothbrush to obtain clean teeth.

A little Vaseline or lip salve will help prevent colouring on the lips.

Break up the tablet by chewing.
Swish around the mouth vigorously and run tongue around teeth to aid coverage
Rinse out thoroughly with water. Pink will indicate new plaque, purple indicates old plaque
Use toothbrush to clean all areas of teeth that have been stained

Tablets contain natural vegetable dyes.
