Disclosing Tablets

Disclosing tablets will show where plaque is on your teeth by colouring them. You can then remove this with your toothbrush to obtain clean teeth.

A little Vaseline or lip salve will help prevent colouring on the lips.

Break up the tablet by chewing.
Swish around your mouth vigorously and run tongue around your teeth to aid coverage
Rinse out thoroughly with water. Pink will indicate new plaque, purple indicates old plaque
Use your toothbrush to clean all the areas of teeth that have been stained

Tablets contain natural vegetable dyes.
